- Assisting in the selection, nomination and appointment of individuals according to customer requirements.
- Services of preparing personnel and leave service files, the Personnel Affairs Committee, and dealing with the competent labor offices.
- Evaluate the performance of individuals.
- Preparing organizational structures and description cards.
- Preparing wage scales according to market levels.
- Preparing human resources regulations.
- Preparing wages entitlements, social security and social welfare according to the following:
Tax adjustments
• Preparing and reviewing wages
• Calculation of Earning Work Tax
• Preparing settlements with their attachments
• Review settlements
• Pay monthly withholding tax on behalf of clients
Insurances
• Follow-up dealing with the movement of variables
• Subscription fee controls
• Monthly follow-up of correspondences and claims related to trustees
Social care
• Follow up on health insurance procedures or any other health insurance systems
• Preparing the fellowship fund system and bylaws
